Covid-19 crisis: Consolidated disaster management regulations

As Legalbrief Today has regularly reported, there have been many changes to the 18 March disaster management regulations. Policy Watch’s Pam Saxby has prepared a document incorporating amendments gazetted on 25 March, 26 March, 2 April and 16 April.

Please note that:

• It is not a legal document
• it does not include the lists of essential goods and services originally set out in Annexure B to the 25 March amendments, which Legalbrief Today published on 21 April
• it does not include Annexure D to the 25 March amendments (places or premises closed to the public during the lockdown), which are made available separately
• it does not include the forms provided in Annexures A and C
• for the sake of clarity, some minor changes have been made to wording used in the amendments, as originally gazetted
• punctuation changes have been made where necessary.
