The Centre for Human Rights, Faculty of Law, University of Pretoria, will tomorrow host a webinar organised by the Children’s Rights Unit to mark Day of the African Child 2020. The panellists are Lady Justice Maria Mapani-Kawimbe (vice rapporteur of the African Committee of Experts on the Rights and Welfare of the Child), Professor Ann Skelton (Committee on the Rights of the Child), Dr Musavengana Chibwana (senior child protection officer, Children and Armed Conflict) and Felistus Motimedi (regional coordinator of the Child Rights Network for Southern Africa).
