Internet Solutions CE Angus MacRobert said that the company had effectively doubled its consumer dial-up service with the new contract and that it now held 70% of the market. Full report in The Age [red]*[/red] Last week, Microsoft lawyers requested Judge Bo Vesterdorf, of the European Court of First Instance, to delay the European Commission’s antitrust sanctions, until its appeals are completed. According to the New York Times Judge Vesterdorf appeared sceptical of the open-ended nature and practical effect of the sanctions in his questioning of Microsoft lawyers, its competitors and the European Commission.
