Teenagers in court for train arson

* Two teenagers – aged 14 and 15 – have appeared in the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court for arson at the city’s main train station on 28 November. A total of 18 carriages were destroyed in the blaze. The police say members of the public identified one of the accused on CCTV footage released on social media. The teenagers will remain in custody until their next court appearance on 9 January.
