The Pretoria High Court has granted pigeon owner Jurie Erwee an interdict barring his neighbour from contacting the Erwees in any manner.
Alfred Lalor may also not bother their pets or visitors and he may not throw food over the fence or any other items on the roofs of the coops, says the Pretoria News. The court order comes after squabbling between the neighbours over Erwees racing pigeons. Lalor says the birds are a nuisance, while Erwee says his neighbour is terrorising his birds.
