* An elderly couple, Mabona Ngcobo (70), and his wife, Gwilile Ngcobo (65), appeared in the Tugela Ferry Magistrates’ Court yesterday in connection with the murders of five children at Molomini reserve near Tugela Ferry (Msinga) over the weekend. The couple was charged with five counts of murder and the case was postponed to today (Thursday). – News24

* Three alleged gangsters, Mandla Manzini (36), Stefaans Tlakanye (32) and Karools Olyn (37), have pleaded not guilty to murder in the Johannesburg High Court.
