Two Kenyan police officers will be charged with murder while enforcing a curfew order in place to contain the spread of coronavirus. The Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) said Duncan Ndiwa was accused of shooting Yassin Moyo (13) who was on the balcony of his home in Nairobi last month. And the police watchdog said Lotugh Angórita killed Colleta Ouda while responding to a report of a burglary in Siaya county, western Kenya. BBC News reports that the IPOA said four other police officers would also be charged over an assault on a man in Garissa, in the east of the country. It said 15 people were killed by police and 31 others injured since lockdown measures were introduced on 25 March.
