Harmony miners win retrenchment reprieve

Five thousand miners at Harmony have won a reprieve from the Labour Court, which ruled against the gold miners retrenchment plans, according to Business Times.
The court found that Harmony had not followed the correct process as provided by law and ordered the workers be reinstated immediately. Harmony was also ordered to pay costs. Full Business Times report
