[*] Former Scorpions senior prosecutor Portia Kgantsi gave legal ‘advice’ to two men charged with fraud, money laundering and racketeering, the Johannesburg High Court has heard.

Kgantsi (39), of Faerie Glen in Pretoria, is accused on 11 criminal counts, including six of corruption, fraud, attempted theft, attempting to defeat the ends of justice, extortion and lying about a previous conviction.
