The Pretoria High Court has dismissed an application for discharge by two Chinese nationals accused of murdering a Chinese businessman and his family, says a report on the IoL site.

Acting Judge Khami Makhafola said he would give reasons for his ruling at a later stage. Siyuan Liu (48) and Jiansen Bai (54) have denied guilt on charges of murdering businessman Jia-Bin Li, his wife, Zin, and daughters Louise (16) and Ruby (4) in November 2004. The family\'s decomposing bodies were discovered in a storm water drain pipe near Midrand several days after they disappeared. Full report on the IoL site
