The Cape Town Regional Court has dropped a charge of intimidation against Orlando Rodrigues, older brother of alleged baby killer Dina Rodrigues, apparently because of a lack of evidence, says the Cape Argus.

Rodrigues allegedly threatened baby Jordan Norton\'s father, Neil Wilson, in court during his sister\'s trial. Dina Rodrigues next appears in the Cape High Court on January 29. She is accused of being the mastermind behind Jordan\'s murder and has been identified by the State as the person who hired Sipho Mfazwe, Mongezi Bobotyane, Zanethemba Gwada and a 17-year-old youth to murder the baby in June last year. The trial was postponed in September to allow Morne Calitz, appointed to defend the accused men, to familiarise himself with the case.
