Annestacia murder case postponed

The case against the man accused of murdering and raping 11-year-old Annestacia Wiese was postponed in the Mitchell\'s Plain Magistrates’ Court yesterday, according to a report on the IoL site.

The case was postponed to September 11, while the Directorate of Public Prosecutions formulates all the charges. Annestacia\'s body was found in the ceiling of her mother\'s Woodlands house, two days after she went missing in March this year. The 24-year old accused, who was Annestacia\'s mother\'s boyfriend, was under correctional supervision at the time of the murder. He will remain in custody. Full report on the IoL site
