Job Description:

1. Manager

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

This position is essential to oversee legal services provided by the Potchefstroom Law Clinic, to supervise and mentor students, paralegals, candidate legal practitioners and project coordinators (supervising legal practitioners), to develop short learning programmes and to coordinate and assist with the practical component of IURI 414, IURI 422 and IURE 416 within the LLB programme.

Minimum Requirements
• LLB is essential
• LLM is desirable
• Admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa
• 3 Years' post article experience

2. Supervising Attorney

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

This position is essential to give effect to the Faculty of Law’s access to justice programme, practical legal training of law students, legal services, mentorship and supervision of candidate attorneys, paralegals and students.

Minimum Requirements
• LLB is essential
• LLM is desirable
• Admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa
• 2 Years' post article experience
