Court officials plead guilty to fraud

* East London Magistrate’s Court officials Moses Xashimba and Manoko Lebotloane have pleaded guilty to selling court documents. The two were arrested in 2018 and faced four counts of fraud in the East London Magistrate’s Court. The two conspired at the court’s deceased estates service point to sell documents, such as letters of executorships and letters of authority. They were granted R1 000 bail in October 2018.
