UK paedophile sues for unfair dismissal

The Telegraph reports the claim by Geoffrey Moore, whose case will be heard by an employment tribunal next month, was described as ‘absurd’ by a children\'s charity. However, the Department of Trade and Industry said it was important that all employees had the opportunity to have their claims heard. When Moore, who was given a community rehabilitation sentence, was arrested in November, he was allowed to keep his job.
