PE\'s SPCA placed under provisional liquidation
The SPCA in Port Elizabeth has been placed under provisional liquidation after an application was brought in the Port Elizabeth High Court by former director Bruce Mann, in his capacity as a creditor.
He claimed he was owed R228 663, plus interest, backdated to May, 2000, after the SPCA closed its doors. Full report in The Herald
