Man pleads not guilty to killing sex worker

Elizabeth Frazenburg, the sex worker who was tossed over the railings in Sea Point on to jagged rocks below, died of multiple injuries which included fractures to her skull, ribs and leg, the Cape Town Regional Court heard.

A Weekend Argus report says she was hurled to her death in 1999, allegedly by Sebastian Fabian Fillis who is on trial for murder. Fillis, who was 25 at the time, is out on R10 000 bail. The case, which has already been postponed more than 26 times since it started in April 2000, was postponed again last week. Prosecutor Harold Engelbrecht said the court was waiting for a psychologist\'s report on Fillis and that August 1 and 2 had been set aside for further evidence. Full Weekend Argus report
