King fraud trial delays drag on

Businessman Dave King appeared in the Pretoria High Court yesterday, but it is still not certain when his fraud and corruption trial will begin, says SABC News.

An expected application for presiding Judge Ronnie Boshielo to be replaced could not be heard, pending a meeting between the legal teams and the Transvaal Judge President next week. The court will reconvene on May 10 to determine a date for the application to be heard. Full SABC News report
