‘Homosexual harassment’ case may end up in court

It was London’s first case of homosexual harassment.

Former global head of equity trading at HSBC Peter Lewis (43) was sacked by the investment bank in February after two male colleagues made serious complaints of sexual harassment against him. Now Lewis is hitting back, suing his former employer for \'unfair dismissal on grounds of sexual orientation\', reports The Observer. One insider said he could not believe the matter would go to court. ‘Neither of the male bankers involved in the accusations want to go public over their claims. They are quite embarrassed’, he said.
