News24 * The Port Elizabeth Magistrates Court has found policeman, Sergeant Stephen Witbooi, not guilty of culpable homicide in connection the death of a four-year-old boy. Witbooi blacked out while driving his car after an overdose of tablets and killed the boy. The Herald
