AG flags Kenya county mismanagement

* The auditor-general's latest report on 11 Kenyan county assemblies reveals widespread mismanagement. The report which has been tabled in the Senate covers the 2016/17 financial year flags the tender processes and domestic and foreign travel expenses. Ward representatives are accused of fleecing taxpayers through fictitious claims.
