Stiff costs penalty in hard-hitting ‘Stalingrad’ ruling

A new decision by Lesotho’s High Court has thrown out an attempt to stop a prosecution on the grounds that the applicants’ constitutional rights were infringed. The court also imposed almost unheard-of costs penalties on counsel involved.
