Rwanda has announced new measures to curb the spread of Covid-19, including an extension of the daily curfew from 9pm to 4am. In addition, buses will only be allowed to operate at a 50% capacity and public offices will be required to operate at 30% of their capacity. In addition, all businesses will be required to close at 8pm. The New Times reports that the measures will be reviewed in two weeks.
