Nigeria's anti-corruption body, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), has arrested musician Naira Marley, whose real name is Afeez Fashola. BBC News reports that the artist was picked up in Lagos on Friday ‘in connection with an alleged case of Internet fraud and money laundering’. The commission said they have also been linked to a ‘cybercrime offence’. Marley has previously been accused of appearing to glorify Internet fraudsters, popularly called ‘Yahoo boys’.
