Nigeria's Supreme Court has struck out the latest appeal filed by the presidential candidate Ambrose Owuru who was seeking the nullification of President Muhammadu Buhari's re-election. The matter was before a four-member panel led by Justice Olukayode Ariwoola. Legalbrief reports that Buhari was re-elected in February after defeating his closest rival Atiku Abubakar by more than 3m votes.
