Six Tanzanian high school students who have been charged with the 14 April murder of a fellow student have been allowed to sit the year-end examinations. The Tanzania Daily News reports that the suspects are being held at the Bukoba Central prison. They approached Magistrate Frola Kaijage who advised them to approach the National Examinations Council which granted the request. Kaijage adjourned the case to 11 November and ordered the accused to be remanded in custody.
