A Namibian man accused of killing his mother, brother and niece with a panga last week has made a second appearance in the Ohangwena Magistrate's Court. The Namibian reports that Sam Petrus was sent for medical observation because he appeared to be confused during his first court appearance last week and he has refused to answer questions in court. The medical report presented in court by prosecutor Sackey Mupuma states that Petrus must undergo a psychological evaluation. The hearing continues.
