* Kenya and Tanzania are working on a bilateral agreement that will see them swop prisoners. Appearing before the National Assembly Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations last week, Foreign Affairs cabinet secretary Monica said the draft agreement which was proposed by Nairobi will ensure that Kenyans serving jail terms in Tanzania would be brought home to serve their sentences.
