Activist still in jail

* Prominent Sudanese human rights activist Mudawi Ibrahim Adam remains in jail after being detained by the authorities six months ago. So far no date has been set for a trial. International campaigners have called for him to be released. His daughter Wafa said her father was probably being held for reporting human rights violations in the western region of Darfur.
