* The National Commission for Human Rights in Libya (NCHRL) has condemned the continuation of the violations by the parties to the conflict in south-eastern Tripoli in the areas of Salah al-Din, Khallet al-Furjan, Wadi al-Rabi, and Ein Zara. The NCHRL said the conflicting groups had made the property of citizens a military target, by stationing in the residential areas and using them as a base for launching missiles, sniping, theft and armed robbery.
