MP relives stalking ordeal

A Ugandan MP who cried in court while narrating her ordeal with a young man has addressed his arrest and detention. Brian Isiko (25) landed a two-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to ‘cyber harassment’. The Nairobi News reports that Slyvia Rwabogo said she was convinced that ‘this boy was being used by some selfish individuals in a mission to lure me with love and kill me’. Rwabwogo told a Kampala court that she received many calls and messages from Isiko, adding that her stalker once texted her saying he was unable to sleep at night because he was thinking about her.
