Terror trial adjourned to October

The trial of 22 suspects charged with the 2015 attack at Tunisia's Bardo museum that killed 21 foreign tourists and a policeman has been adjourned until 31 October. A report on the News24 site notes that two gunmen opened fire at the National Bardo Museum in an attack claimed by Isis. The suspects are being tried for 'terrorist crime', according to the French Association for Victims of Terrorism. Under a 2015 anti-terror law, the defendants could face the death sentence. However, Tunisia has had a moratorium on implementing capital punishment since 1991.
