A woman has been arrested for allegedly killing a Nigerian diplomat in Khartoum and stealing his money, the Foreign Ministry in Abuja has confirmed. BBC News reports that Habibu Almu, an immigration attache working in the Sudanese capital, was found dead at his home last week. Nigerian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Tope Adeleye Elias-Fatile identified her as Inas Khalid Maikano, a Nigerian-born college student. Police said the killing did not appear to be politically motivated.
